Our role is to help care for the spiritual, physical, and material needs all newcomers, adherents, and members of RBC by developing and overseeing the ministries of the Newcomer Team, the Community Groups Team, the Pastoral Care Team, and the Practical Care Team.

Community Groups:  Find a small group near you! We are committed to the strengthening of relationships to the Lord and to each other through small groups. As a commuter church, we are committed to working hard at creating biblical community by fostering small groups that expand outside the physical walls of the church into the many outlying communities where we live. Our goal is that every youth and adult be connected to a small group for mutual and biblical teaching, care, prayer, service, worship and witness.

Pastoral and Practical Care: Using a holistic approach to care, we assess spiritual, social, physical, material and other practical needs, organizing to meet those needs through visits and other means, and by recruiting, training, supporting, and evaluating those involved in this ministry.
