Next Newcomers Lunch: Sunday, September 11, 2011
Welcome to Rosemount Bible Church (or RBC as we are called)!
This is a good place to being when you’re new to RBC. The Newcomer Care Team wants to help you to connect more easily to the people of RBC and to let you know what’s going on.
In fact, we have a group of people who are dedicated to making your integration to RBC as easy as possible. They’ve got patience (for your many questions), time (to chat), they’re “in the know” about what’s going on and they can introduce you to people who live near you, have kids the same age as yours, are in the same line of work as you…well…you get the picture!
After browsing around the site, you may still have questions. You can read more here in our Welcome Brochure or find answers to Frequently Asked Questions. As a favour to us, after your first visit, you could let us know what your First Impressions of RBC were. We’d really appreciate that!
So without further ado, please meet our ministry support workers.

Zeina Gharzouzi
Zeina is zany! (groan…) But it’s true. A bigger smile you will not find. A bigger heart is rare. Zeina can talk a mile a minute and make you laugh all in the same heartbeat. We suggest that you laugh at all her jokes ’cause she’s a brown belt in karate!

Patty (Sarazen) Girard
Patty is one of three staff members at RBC. She loves to talk (just ask her husband!) and meet new people. Best of all, she loves to connect people together and then watch the fun and friendships develop. Patty and her husband, Daniel, have been attending RBC for 14 years.

Phil Hainaut
Phil is another staff member at RBC and works as a full-time elder. Phil heads up the Care Council and can often be found chatting through people’s needs, whether that be visitation, counseling, or answering questions of a spiritual nature. You can learn more about Phil on the Our Leadership page.
