Rosemount Bible Church

Community Groups

Contact Phil Hainaut or Patty Girard about joining a small group.

Small groups are vital to the continued growth of RBC, both in depth and in width. They are a very versatile structure for the provision of care, friendship, discipleship, mentoring, teaching, shepherding, and service. They are so crucial that rather than just being a church with small groups, we desire to become a church of small groups.

Purpose: At RBC, small groups are used to meet each of the six RBC discipleship elements of worship, teaching, prayer, care, service, and witness.  The goal of the teaching element is active transformation primarily through a discussion with a facilitator rather than the “teacher with listeners” model. This is because we want people to interact with and be directed towards truth rather than just listen and learn truth.
