The Power of Sin

Louis Bridgman teaches through Paul's portrayal of sin as an active power that distorts God’s good law, divides the human will, and ultimately devours those who remain in Adam’s realm. While the law is holy and perfect, sin twists it into fuel for rebellion, leaving a person aware of the good yet unable to carry it out. He ends with Paul’s desperate cry for rescue, highlighting how deliverance - rescue - is only found through Jesus Christ.
